I’ve been on a journey for sometime now to express myself more authentically in a way that creates value. For the past 25+ years, I have used my skills in Strategic Planning, Continuous Improvement, Change Management, Human Resources and Leadership Development and Coaching to help major corporations execute their strategic vision and goals. Over the past ~20 years, I have also labored with my husband in ministry to help people people authentically connect to God’s heart of love and the power of His Spirit. When I first received my professional coach training and certification in 2015, I felt that this was supposed to somehow be tied to ministry. I won't bore you with the details, but I've been on a long journey of trying to bring my roles as a Ministry Leader, Coach, Corporate Professional, Black Woman, HR Leader, Change Practitioner and Entrepreneur into CONVERGENCE and ALIGNMENT (my word for the year) with God's divine plan and purpose for my life.
That’s why I commit myself to a time of fasting and praying at the beginning of each new year. This year, I felt led by God to invite others to join me in a 21-Day Breakthrough Vision Fasting Challenge. It was my first time hosting a challenge. God downloaded the blueprint to me one night. I stepped out in faith and announced it, then I figured out how to execute the vision God gave me. I had a lot to learn, but I was empowered by God’s favor and grace!
During this 21-Day Breakthrough Vision Fasting Challenge, I was inspired by God to create my first ever faith-based coaching program designed for fellow believers who desire to ‘run with the vision’ (Habakkuk 2:2) they’ve received from God. The Lord illuminated to me how so many well-meaning people of faith 'abort the vision' and never see it fully manifest. Pastor Michael Todd admonished during his "I Have a Dream" tribute to Dr. Martin Luther King Jr that we must SEE the Vision, SAY the Vision and SERVE the Vision!!
I want to SERVE the vision God gave me and I want to help other faith-centered people do the same. I am truly delighted about the launch of my year-long Breakthrough Vision Group Coaching Program!!
